Purpose: Assistance in improving production and formulation of bio-inoculants based on bacteria Bacillus type.
Duration: 14 days

The client is requesting assistance to optimize the process of:
1- For the current production of bacteria, domestic bio-digester is used requiring the scaling to semi-industrial bio-digester to increase in production volume and to achieve a better offer of bio-fertilizers. For this scaling, the client will need other crop and parameters means to increase the mass multiplication.
2- Once the mass production is achieved, the client will need to concentrate bacteria for which they have a lab steam rotation and a semi-industrial evaporator that they would like to use for the concentration of bacteria. Then, the Volunteer Advisor should help them to manage and determine the parameters of use.
3- The client uses calcium carbonate or bentonite in the solid formulation, which have solubility problems when used by farmers. Therefore, it is necessary for the Volunteer Advisor to know other substances (inert material) allowing to obtain bio-inoculants highly soluble in water and organic. For liquid formulations, the Volunteer Advisor needs to know adequate technology for their conservation.
